Join us for an introduction to the art of making proper bread. Once you have discovered just how simple and satisfying it is to make your own bread there will be no stopping you! Learn how to make perfect bread time after time, how to adapt your basic dough to make foccacia or pizza, how different ingredients affect the end result and much more. Everything you make on the day you will take away with you, so make sure there is room in your freezer!
