The history of Acetaia Dodi can be traced back to 1891 when the grandmother of the current patriarch, Ricordano Dodi, was born. All that history, and knowledge, of balsamic vinegar production combines in their Red, SIlver & Gold label Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia.
Dodi Gold Label is the oldest, sweetest, most aromtaic of their Tradizionales. Aged for at least 25 years and subjected to stringent blind tastings before it can be released as ‘Bollino Oro’ this fantastic nectar is awesome dripped over really good ice cream or used as a digestif at the end of a meal.
The daddy of them all. Hardly ever used as a dressing, keep it instead to sip from a spoon or small glass at the end of a meal.
