Castelas Extra Virgin Olive Oil 50cl

Wonderful oil from Provence. Produced by Jean-Benoit & Caterine Hugues, the olives are picked while still slightly green which imparts a fresh, leafy flavour with a fruity aroma and a good peppery finish.

Excellent with summer salads and lemony dressings, drizzled over artichokes or simple fish dishes.
