Through personal guidance and one-to-one tuition in a relaxed environment you will to learn to create a selection of dishes using seasonal ingredients that are quick and simple to prepare. Learn fundamental kitchen skills and techniques, tips on how to get the best out of your ingredients, useful shortcuts for time-poor routines, minimising waste using leftovers, and increasing your repertoire in each session by making dishes to take home and recipes to practice before the next session.
How Does It Work & What Do I Cook?
After completing a personalised questionnaire, a tailor-made course is designed over four private sessions into a schedule that suits you. We will create dishes and recipe ideas around your lifestyle, circumstances and needs, to cover healthy and nutritious, daily meals as well as simple but delicious dishes for entertaining family or friends. You will cover various ideas from:

- Fish in a flash
- Meats and marinades
- Seasonal vegetable dishes

You will also receive a recipe binder and a Just Cook apron upon completion.
